TEN is partner of the Ecumenical Coalition on Tourism, ECOT (formerly: ECTWT - Ecumenical Coalition on Third World Tourism). The ECOT, based in Hongkong, is a non-government organsisation which aims to challenge the negative impacts of tourism on society and environment by empowering vulneralbe people and groups. It will work to ensure that the benefist of tourism will be experienced by all members of society.
