Striving for justice - promoting peace

The number of wars between states is decreasing, but inner violent conflicts are on the rise. All violent conflicts are directly or indirectly linked to the economies and politics of countries in the Global North. It is important to promote exchange in the ecumenical community in order to strategize for peace collectively.

However - peace grows from within. From outside, actors such as EED can support the struggle for peace and justice. The brochure introduces different areas of work and approaches applied by EED and its partner organisations to build sustainable and just peaceful societies.
