Trade Justice
Trade justice is one of the keys to sustainable development. Trade opens up opportunities for development and combating poverty - or it perpetuates them. That is why trade rules that aid combating poverty, realising human rights and environmental protection are a central concern of EED.
In the European Union in general and Germany in particular we lobby political decision-makers, inform churches and the general public about current developments in world trade policy, both at the multilateral level of the WTO and at bilateral and regional level.
